Dropped five pounds last week. There may be something to this exercising fad after all.

After using Mac OS X Lion on my MacBook, going back to a Windows 7 laptop is really difficult. Not an enjoyable experience at all!

I am naming the coach guy on our elliptical training after my high school track coach, Coach Bell. I can hear him yelling “Run Probst! Run!”

Day 3 on the elliptical trainer for me. Clearly not ready for Program 3. Will stick to Programs 1 and 2 for a couple weeks.

Go figure. I turn on MLB At Bat 2011 on the iPad, and the Cubs give up a game tying home run. Rough year.

Used the elliptical trainer this morning for the first time in a long time. Working on a regular schedule.
