Coming Soon – MacBook Air First Look
Something that has got me really excited is that I’m going to be getting my hands on a MacBook Air. I’m hoping it’s sooner rather than later – it’s been on order since the day it was announced. I’ll be posting some unboxing pictures and my first impressions of the MacBook Air. Stay Tuned!

You’re getting an Air Book? Cool. I definitely am going to need a report. I’ve been thinking about getting something, and simply upgrading the desktop seems futile. I figure the old Dell can function as a hub for notebooks, basically. Anyway, I like the thinness and the light weight of this new Apple product, but I’m wondering if it’s practical. I hear no DVD drive, no removable battery, only one USB? But, none of that may be necessary soon anyway. You just download whatever you need.
Looking forward to the review!

Actually, Greg gets to play with all of the latest and greatest gadgets from Apple and other manufacturers for his new job. He should be posting his comments on the MacBook Air any time now, right Greg?
As for a notebook for you, I would recommend a MacBook. I think the MacBook Pro would be overkill for you, and the MacBook is really very portable and has enough power to do anything you would need to do. If I were in the market for a new notebook computer, my first choice based on functionality and affordability would be the MacBook.
