  • I think it is certainly fair to question the president and Tom Homan about a potential deployment of ICE agents at our nation’s airports. Clearly, there is a reason most of the country does not trust the agency.

    Before any of them walk into an airport on duty, we should know exactly what they will be doing in their official capacity, we should have the more than fair expectation that not one of them will be hiding behind a mask, and every agent should know the exact procedure to hand off tasks and actions to appropriately trained TSA and CBP officers who are actually trained to be working at our ports of entry and dealing with travelers and the stresses that come in those scenarios.

  • Just watched the PBS News Hour interview with Senator Johnson of Wisconsin.

    All I can say is wow. Senator Johnson’s comments on ICE are completely tone deaf and delusional. Wisconsin deserves better representation and leadership.

  • Even the Chinese military had the sense and humanity to stop when a person stood in front of a column of tanks.

  • It is difficult to listen to the words in our national anthem today before the NFL playoff games. We have fellow citizens from a major city that are experiencing such conflicting versions of what the anthem says America is supposed to be.

    I am 100% confident that the citizens of Minneapolis do not feel free today. They are under siege by our own government. They have masked invaders hunting down their neighbors. Imagine how you would feel in their shoes just for a moment.

    On the flip side, we can see in every video made public that the citizens of Minneapolis are proving over and over again that Minneapolis is indeed the home of the brave. They are standing up to a corrupt government and putting their lives on the line.

    Be brave, be free. The future is brighter than today.

  • Police Chief O’Hara is showing what a community leader and public servant looks and sounds like. This is the type of care and behavior we should expect from the people that keep us safe in our homes and communities.

    Get up! Stand up! Get involved! Will it be dangerous? Absolutely, but if you continue to sit on the sidelines, you are complicit just like all of the Germans that watched their neighbors kill millions without doing a damn thing to stop it.

  • Trump’s SS has murdered another person in Minneapolis in front of all of our eyes. The news media will say a person was “shot”, and the SS will lie about what actually happened just like the first time even though there was crystal clear video, but let’s all use the correct language. This was a murder, plain and simple.

    Let that sink in.

    This didn’t stop in LA, it didn’t stop in DC, it didn’t stop in Chicago, and it won’t stop in Minneapolis.

    We have two choices, Americans. We can either fight back ourselves or we can demand that the people we elected to serve and protect us actually serve and protect us. I think all of us would prefer the latter but have been taught all of our lives that the former is required and expected when necessary.

    The only question now is deciding when to give up on our elected leaders. I think we’re right on the verge.
