  • Why in the world would we terminate funding for Polio, H.I.V., Malaria, and nutrition programs? We gain absolutely nothing by doing this, and we make our own citizens less safe by making the world less safe. It’s so insanely stupid. www.nytimes.com

  • The Department of Education’s decree that all schools must eliminate all DEI programs in two weeks is obviously not something that is possible. Who in their right mind does something to intentionally cause chaos in schools right in the middle of a semester? I don’t want to hear any bullshit from Republicans about how pandemic safety measures delayed learning while they’re willing to support chaotic and completely unnecessary orders about programs that have helped generations of Americans actually receive an equitable education. www.npr.org
