I’m all for supporting allies when they are attacked, but if the particular ally is the one that picked the fight in the first place, why should we feel the need to jump in and save their butts?

I’d rather help Ukraine which was clearly attacked by an aggressor than pick up the mess Israel made for itself with Iran.
