Being of a certain age and also being from the Midwest, a simple message from our Disney friend, Thumper, is deeply ingrained in my personality – “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say nothing at all.”

Today is one of those days where I wish I could turn off that switch and just say what I really think. I am beginning to think life is too short to stay buttoned up and hold everything in all of the time.
